Although we check listings in the app daily, we unfortunately cannot review every single listing or seller. Consequently, listings may sometimes be placed in the wrong category, or instances may occur where a seller attempts to commit fraud or illegal acts.

Report an item

If you come across an item that has been listed incorrectly, you can report it within the listing. If a specific item is reported by multiple users, it is automatically removed. The seller is notified immediately (without being told who reported it) and may object; we will then review the item and make a decision.

Handling of stolen goods

If you suspect the handling of stolen goods or come into contact with someone dealing in stolen items, you must report the matter to the police. You can also view our rules regarding what may be sold on Reshopper here.
