Seller Protection

When Reshopper Shipping is used for a transaction on Reshopper, the seller pays a seller protection fee to Reshopper. Currently, this fee is 1.5% of the total price of the item(s) in the cart plus 1.50 DKK (it is free for Plus users). If you would like to become a Plus member, you can sign up here.

Seller protection covers, among other things, payment processing fees, support from Reshopper regarding disputes between seller and buyer (including private pickups), issues where a package does not follow the standard route with the shipping provider (delays, scanning errors, loss, etc.), and the continued development of Reshopper.

Before placing a bid, you can see the seller's total price for the items as well as their payout after shipping costs and fees—Reshopper recommends considering this information before making a bid. Please also keep in mind that the seller spends time and materials packing the items and dropping off the package.
