Find and add items to your cart

You can find the items you want via the feed or by using the search bar in the app—and you can always send a public or private message to the seller before buying. Once you’ve made up your mind, simply tap the green "Add to cart" button.

In your cart, you’ll see an overview of the items you want to buy, grouped by seller. This means that if you’ve added multiple items from the same seller to your cart, you can easily communicate with them about all of them at once—though this is only possible after you’ve placed an offer.

Make an offer

1. Tap "Add to cart"
2. Go to your cart
3. Tap "Continue" and request to buy

Once you’ve sent your request, you wait for the seller to respond; if they accept your request, the transaction can be completed (provided the seller doesn't decline).

Remember, all transactions made using Reshopper’s shipping system are automatically covered by our buyer protection. Transactions that take place outside of Reshopper—such as in-person exchanges where payment is made in cash or via MobilePay—are not covered by buyer protection.
