Can I sell new children's items?

Yes, you are certainly welcome to sell items you never used or received duplicates of. However, you may not sell items purchased with the intention of reselling them for profit.

I own a shop selling children's items – can I sell goods from there or advertise my shop?

Reshopper is a platform for buying and selling between private individuals on a non-commercial basis. Therefore, it is not permitted to sell new or used goods purchased with the aim of reselling them for profit. If you wish to advertise on Reshopper, you can contact us here.

Can I buy cheap items on Reshopper with the aim of reselling them on Reshopper at a higher price?

No. Reshopper is designed to help you part with items you no longer use, allowing others to benefit from them at a reasonable price.

Can I rent out my items on Reshopper?

No, renting out items such as strollers or travel bags is not permitted.

Can I sell items I make myself?

Crafts such as crocheted stuffed animals, knitted tops, and mobiles are incredibly popular with our users, and we want to support your creative hobbies. You are therefore welcome to sell your handmade items if you become a Reshopper Plus member. However, you may create a maximum of 20 listings for handmade items per month.

Can I sell maternity wear?

You are welcome to sell your maternity and nursing wear in the app under the maternity wear category.

Can I create text-based ads—e.g., featuring sales and special offers—to lure others to my shop?

No. Advertising your shop, handmade goods, or local flea markets creates clutter in the feed. If you are interested in advertising in the app, please contact us here.

Can I resell free product samples, such as diapers?

No, but you are welcome to give them away for free.

Can I resell free tickets, e.g., to Legoland?

No, but you are welcome to give them away for free.

Can I resell medication or dietary supplements?

No. Selling both prescription and over-the-counter medication requires authorization from the Danish Medicines Agency.

Can I sell food products?

No. You may not sell food products on Reshopper.

Can I resell counterfeit goods?

No. Under Danish law, it is illegal to resell counterfeit goods purchased, for example, while on vacation.
