How do I mark the item as sold?

Sold via the cart with Reshopper Shipping and buyer protection

If you use Reshopper’s shipping solution with buyer protection, you don’t need to do anything; the item is automatically marked as sold once the buyer picks it up from the parcel shop. Read more about our buyer protection here.

Sold via the cart with buyer protection

If you have received an offer for pickup via the cart that includes buyer protection, you need to verify that the buyer swipes "Pay" for the transaction in their app. Once the buyer has done this, the item is marked as sold.

Sold via the cart with pickup (without buyer protection)

If you have received an offer for pickup via the cart, you must press the "Item picked up" button once the item has been handed over; this will mark your item as sold.

Sold outside the cart (via comments on the item)

If you sell an item outside the cart, you can mark it as sold by accessing the item via your own shop and pressing "Sold".
