How "Rate" works

As a seller or buyer, you can rate the other party at any time—even if you haven't completed a transaction. This allows you to indicate, for example, that there is room for improvement in communication, that agreements weren't honored, or other issues.

Once you have rated the other party, that is the rating you will edit going forward. In other words, you don't submit a brand-new rating if you rate them again; instead, you can continuously adjust your assessment of the other party.

The purpose

The purpose of "Rate" is to improve your experience on Reshopper. If a user consistently receives negative ratings, our support team will address the issue and try to resolve it through dialogue or, ultimately, ask the user to stop using Reshopper.

Anonymity

Individual ratings are anonymous and cannot be seen by the other party. Only the average of all ratings is visible.

Reporting

With the introduction of "Rate," the option to report a user is being removed. Instead, you can include a note with your rating that our support team can see—this will not be answered unless necessary.
