Cancellation of trade

It is not permitted to cancel a concluded transaction due to a better or higher bid from another user. Once a bid has been placed and accepted by the seller, the transaction is generally binding, and you should in any case strive to honor the agreement made.

However, there may be reasons why it becomes necessary to cancel a transaction after acceptance—for instance, if the buyer fails to show up as agreed, or if you, as the seller, discover that the item does not quite match the description. In such cases, cancelling the transaction is permitted, provided the buyer is informed of the issue with the item and agrees to the cancellation.
