When will the money for my sale be paid out?

You have full control over your payouts with our payout button! You decide when you receive the money from your sales.

You can either initiate the payout from the specific transaction or go to "Settings" -> "Payments and Payouts" -> "Pending payout" when you want to transfer your sales proceeds to your bank account.

You can choose the next business day or a future date for the transfer—for instance, if you need the funds for a specific occasion. The date you select is the day the money will arrive in your account (typically in the afternoon).

This feature was created to give you greater freedom and flexibility in your financial planning. We hope you find it as useful as we intended.

When can I click "Payout" for a transaction?

You can do this as soon as the item(s) in the transaction have been registered as dropped off for shipping, or after the buyer has picked them up from you. Please note that it can take up to 30 minutes from the time of drop-off until we receive the information from the shipping carrier.

We reserve the right to withhold larger amounts until the buyer has received the item. This is done to prevent fraud attempts.
