Why do I need to enter my personal details to use Reshopper Shipping?

Bank account number

We need your account number to transfer the proceeds from your sales to your account. Your account number is visible only to you, not to others on Reshopper.

Credit card number

To use our secure payment solution, you must enter your credit card details. Your credit card number is visible only to you, not to others on Reshopper. The credit card number is stored exclusively by our payment provider, Billwerk+.

Address

Your address is required so the buyer can pick up the item from you, or in case an item needs to be returned via our shipping provider. Please note that the buyer can see your address if you complete a transaction using the in-app shopping cart, whether for private pickup or shipping.

Mobile number

Ensures quick, direct contact between buyer and seller if necessary. When using Reshopper’s shipping solution, GLS, dao, and Instabox all use the mobile number to send information about the package.
