Instabox not available

Instabox services may be unavailable to either the buyer or the seller.

If the seller's address is more than ~20 km from an Instabox parcel locker, Instabox unfortunately does not allow the creation of a shipping label. The same applies to buyers living a similar distance from an Instabox location.

Even if both the buyer and seller are within the required distance, the available parcel lockers may be full, in which case Instabox also prevents the creation of a shipping label.

Note

Instabox may encounter issues with certain Danish addresses and consequently refuse to generate a label. We log these addresses and report them to Instabox.
