Seller protection

When a transaction on Reshopper includes seller protection, the seller pays a seller protection fee to Reshopper consisting of DKK 1.50 + 1.5% of the transaction amount.

Seller protection covers, among other things, payment fees, the support Reshopper provides regarding packages that do not follow the standard route with the shipping provider (delays, scanning errors, loss, etc.), and the continued development of Reshopper.

Before placing a bid, you can see the seller's total price for the items as well as the seller's payout after any shipping and seller protection costs—Reshopper recommends that buyers consider this information before placing a bid. Please also keep in mind that the seller spends time and materials packing the items and dropping off the package.
