Reshopper Shipping – easy and secure

With Reshopper Shipping, you can easily and securely buy and send packages using Bring, GLS, dao, or Instabox. We ensure complete peace of mind for both buyer and seller through our buyer protection and seller protection policies.

When a seller accepts an offer, the total amount is reserved on the buyer's payment card, and the seller is automatically assigned a shipping code.

The seller can initiate the payout for the transaction or go to "Settings" -> "Payments and Payouts" -> "Pending Payout" to have the proceeds from sales transferred to their bank account.

If a package is delayed, Reshopper handles all communication with the shipping company's support team as part of our buyer protection.

This eliminates the need for MobilePay, bank transfers, printing shipping labels, or exchanging address details. Everything is built into the app, making the process easy, time-saving, and secure.

Please note that packages can only be shipped within Denmark and not internationally.

It’s that easy

1. The buyer adds one or more items to the cart.
2. From the cart, the buyer sends an offer to the seller. Here, the buyer selects the shipping provider: GLS, dao, or Instabox.
3. If the seller accepts the offer, a shipping code is generated immediately. This code is written directly on the package (no addresses required). This does not apply to GLS, where a QR code is displayed at the parcel shop instead.
4. The seller drops off the package at the nearest parcel shop or parcel locker, and the payment is charged to the buyer's card.
5. Throughout the process, the package status can be tracked in the app and via tracking links.
6. The seller can choose to have the transfer made on the next business day or at a future date of their choice. The date you select is the date the funds will be credited to your account (typically in the afternoon).
7. Should any delays or other issues arise, Reshopper will handle communication with the shipping company's support team.

Failure to drop off the package

If the seller does not drop off the package by the deadline, the transaction and the reservation on the buyer's card will be cancelled following a 24-hour grace period after the deadline. This means that if the drop-off deadline is Monday at 12:00 PM, the transaction and payment will be cancelled on Tuesday at 12:00 PM. The 24-hour grace period is in place to account for potential technical issues.

Insurance

All shipments are covered by our buyer protection when you use Reshopper Shipping with one of our shipping providers: Bring covers up to DKK 3,000, Dao up to DKK 2,500, GLS up to DKK 4,000, and Instabox covers up to DKK 1,500.
