MitID validation

When you validate your account using MitID, you show other users that your identity has been verified; at the same time, this validation helps keep scammers away.

MitID is also required to receive payouts for sales made via the Reshopper platform.

Having trouble with validation?

Make sure you don't close the window too soon!

The process consists of several steps:

1. Enter your MitID username and tap "Continue"
2. Open the MitID app and approve the request
3. Return to Reshopper and wait for the option to enter your CPR number – we do not store this, but it is required during the process to retrieve your name and address from the CPR registry (the validation via the MitID app itself does not provide access to this information)
4. After entering your CPR number, the system will process the request; do not close the window until you receive an "OK" message

If validation fails the first time, simply try again. If you continue to experience issues, try closing the Reshopper app completely and starting over. Alternatively, wait until later in the day.

Please note that attempting verification in an incognito browser window may cause issues. Try performing the process without incognito mode if this applies to you.
